Teens Infinity Circle (TIC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, businesses, and communities through education, workforce development, career pathways, economic opportunity, supportive services, and community-based programming.
Originally established with a strong focus on youth and young adults, Teens Infinity Circle has expanded its service model to address the needs of people across multiple stages of life. TIC serves youth, young adults, families, justice-involved individuals, job seekers, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and older adults through programs designed to remove barriers and create pathways toward stability, independence, employment, and economic mobility.
Our services include mentoring, case management, workforce readiness, career development, paid work experiences, transportation assistance, life-skills education, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, business development, violence prevention, re-entry support, community outreach, housing-related assistance, and referrals to community resources.
Teens Infinity Circle is headquartered in Arizona and is developing and expanding programming in Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois, allowing the organization to build partnerships and respond to different community needs while maintaining a comprehensive, person-centered approach to service delivery.
Workforce and economic development are major components of Teens Infinity Circle's growing service model. TIC helps individuals develop the skills, experience, credentials, and connections necessary to obtain employment and advance toward long-term careers.
Services include job readiness, career exploration, employment preparation, workforce training, apprenticeship pathways, paid work experiences, employer engagement, supportive services, and participant case management.
TIC is also expanding into manufacturing workforce development and small-business technical assistance. Through partnerships with organizations such as Future Ready Works and FX Construction, TIC's developing manufacturing initiative includes hands-on manufacturing training, OSHA and workplace safety, robotics and automation, technical skills development, apprenticeship pathways, employer partnerships, business consulting, capability statement development, website development, government-contracting readiness, and other technical assistance for small businesses.
The organization's broader economic-development strategy also includes entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, business development, contracting readiness, and assistance connecting businesses and individuals with opportunities and resources.
Through these programs, TIC seeks to create a pipeline connecting education → training → employment → entrepreneurship → economic self-sufficiency while helping employers and small businesses develop the workforce and business capacity necessary for growth.
As Teens Infinity Circle expands its Illinois presence, older adult services will become another important component of the organization's community-support model.
TIC is developing an Older Adults Home Modification Program designed to help eligible older adults remain safely and independently in their homes. The program will focus on identifying home accessibility and safety needs and connecting older adults with modifications and supportive resources that can reduce hazards, improve mobility, and support aging in place.
Depending on grant requirements and available funding, home modifications may include accessibility improvements such as grab bars, handrails, ramps, improved lighting, bathroom safety modifications, doorway and mobility improvements, and other eligible repairs or modifications that improve an older adult's ability to safely navigate and remain in their home.
The program can also integrate case management and resource navigation, allowing TIC to assess needs beyond the physical home. Older adults may be connected with community resources, benefits assistance, transportation, food resources, health and wellness programs, financial education, social-support services, and other programs that promote independence and quality of life.
This initiative complements TIC's broader vision of providing intergenerational community services. Rather than focusing exclusively on one population, Teens Infinity Circle is building a continuum of support that can serve youth and families, working-age adults, businesses and employers, and older adults.
